About the Founder – Jeannie Gunter, MA

Jeannie Gunter, MA

Jeannie works with a wide variety of clients to help them increase the leadership capacity in their teams. She has worked both nationally and internationally as an organizational consultant, facilitator, speaker and wilderness guide.

With a strong background in group dynamics, over the past 18 years Jeannie has guided hundreds of teams in a wide variety of organizations to successful outcomes in team, personal and professional development. She specializes in creating a powerful blend of cognitive and experiential trainings, facilitating dynamic leadership retreats, and creating breakthroughs in communication and engagement in the workplace.

Jeannie’s passion is to create opportunities for people to transform limitations into opportunities, make powerful choices, and inspire themselves and those around them to create a more fulfilling and successful workplace.

Jeannie has a BA in Communication from Lewis and Clark College and a MA in Communication from Arizona State University. An avid believer in continuing education, she has taken numerous professional and personal development trainings including Train the Trainer (ASTD), Train the Trainer 1 and 2 (Peak Potentials) as well as trainings in non-violent communication, leadership, experiential education, ecopsychology and Council, to name a few. She is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development and the Wilderness Guides Council.

Traci Chevraux MS

Traci Chevraux, MS, is a dynamic facilitator, speaker and coach, with over 12 years of experience leading groups and individuals to consistent, successful outcomes. She has worked with diverse organizations both locally and internationally ranging from neighborhood non-profits to Fortune 500 companies.

Balancing theory, practice and experience, Traci offers a unique blend that creates a powerful learning environment. She specializes in facilitative leadership, management practices, team building, coaching, group dynamics, innovative thinking, vision/goal setting and agreement building. She embraces experiential learning and high-level discussion, giving participants and audiences the chance to learn by engaging in the process.

Marlow Hotchkiss

Marlow Hotchkiss is an organizational consultant, educator, author, vision fast guide and Council trainer with over 40 years experience working with both for-profit and non-profit organizations, as well as with families, schools, corporations, and communities.

Marlow specializes in learning organization methodology, with decades of experience bringing this approach to businesses ranging from single person DBAs to Fortune 500 companies. Marlow has a natural gift for empowering others and for eliciting their inherent gifts and talents, their authentic selves. He works most creatively and productively in the context of shared leadership and team collaboration.

Anthony Mitchell, MS, specializes in business and career coaching and training. Anthony has 20 years of experience as a human resources manager for both non-profit and for-profit companies, most recently for a Fortune 500 biopharmaceutical company.

Anthony has delivered training in a variety of areas related to individual effectiveness, career management, change management, and effective collaboration in the workplace. He utilizes these learning and development tools to empower individual and team effectiveness in organizations. Outside of his coaching and training practice, Anthony spends much of his time in outdoor activities, and in volunteer service to youth in the community.

Pam Nichols

Pam Nichols is one of the preeminent women in the field of outdoor, Experiential Based Training and Integrated Leadership Development. Over the past fourteen years, thousands of individuals and “fortune 500” teams have experienced profound results under her expertise. Her background is an effective combination of professional management and sales experience blended with extensive skills in the psychology of adversity, risk, breakthrough and growth. Her ability to connect the lessons of the experience with the lessons of humanity is a result of her technical acumen, compassion, clarity of purpose and unique teaching style.

Steve Roberts

Steve Roberts has created and delivered training and development programs for local, national and international organizations for over 20 years. He has designed and implemented presentations on topics from Improving Productivity to Managing Change and Problem Solving to Effective Leadership Techniques.

His training and background in organizational dynamics, team development, and behavior analysis bring the knowledge and expertise needed to provide organizations with concrete tools to meet their goals. Steve also provides coaching and staff meeting feedback sessions to assist in organizational effectiveness. He has trained hundreds of trainers who have used his techniques to enhance their own work sites.

Where We Work

We work locally, nationally and internationally. Our headquarters are in the Denver, Colorado area and while we often work locally to do our part to reduce the pollution created by extensive auto and plane travel, we can also travel to work with you either at your place of business or at a retreat center of your choice virtually anywhere in the world. We specialize in Denver Team Building and Colorado Team Building including the Aspen, Vail, Colorado Springs areas and beyond.
