Team Foundations – 1/2 day
The most frequent request we get is to help a group build a more effective team environment; one where there is open and clear communication, more trust and more collaboration.
While the most effective programs happen over a period of time, we realize that your time and resources are valuable so we’ve built a power-packed half-day program to jump-start your team in a positive direction. We combine skill building with experiential exercises to help apply these concepts to your specific work environment.

In many of our team building and leadership programs we strive to positively impact the community whenever we can. During the building accountability unit of this training we will present you with some real-world challenges of a local non-profit organization and ask your team to come up with some creative solutions that will help your team practice new skills while helping a local organization be more effective.
