The purpose of High Performance Team™ is to fully engage each team player to bring his or her unique talents to the table 100% in order to create team synergy and excellence. During this high and low ropes course event, the metaphors for trust, support, success and leadership are very powerful – team members often report feeling empowered and highly successful. The bar gets raised on personal and professional goals and performance. High Performance Team™ brings your team together in a way that is unparalleled.
As an individual and a team you will have the opportunity to make powerful choices during hands-on challenges that may change the way you perceive yourself and what is possible for you and your team. These experiences have broader implications for the workplace and for your life.

In many of our team building and leadership programs we strive to involve the community whenever we can. This gives you an opportunity to see and experience the fruits of your efforts, and it helps to bring the learning home. In the case of High Performance Team™, if your group chooses this option, when available, we will bring in a group from a local non-profit organization as ask your team to facilitate some of the activities you have learned. The best way to retain learning is to teach someone else. In addition, your team will have the benefit of working as a team to create, plan and facilitate a mini-program – this is a great team building event by itself. We’ll be there to coach you through this part. The icing on the cake is being able to work with a non-profit organization and see them have fun and learn too!

- Individuals rely heavily on the support of the team for individual and team success. High Performance Team™ begins with team activities and initiatives and builds on that experience by providing an increased level of physical challenge. At times, an individual may literally have his/her life in the hands of their team members as they face high challenges. Many participants have experiences of physically doing what their minds were telling them was not possible. This experience of success creates long-lasting change in the areas of goal setting, personal achievement and risk-taking, which are translated to the workplace.
