Indeed, we might say there is a revival in terms of finding meaning at work.<\/p>\n<p>As much as I hear people complain about &#8220;Millenials&#8221; in the workplace, one thing that I know about the youngest generation in the workplace is that they want more. They want <strong>more meaning, more input, more job satisfaction<\/strong> and they want to use their skills to contribute.<\/p>\n<p>Workplaces have a growing pressure to create an environment where people can contribute their best. Following are three tips to create a culture that fosters the quest for meaning.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>3 ways to create a more Meaningful Workplace<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n1. Create an environment that fosters innovation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>People need a place to bring their ideas and have them heard and valued.<\/strong> Years ago I started my own company because the company I was consulting for did not have room for others&#8217; ideas and innovations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are going to cultivate innovation, it has to be safe to &#8220;fail&#8221;<\/strong>. How can you encourage people to take risks?
